There are two Grayhawk Real Estate foreclosure deals of the month for July 2010. We are seeing less and less distressed properties in the Grayhawk Scottsdale area so when a good foreclosure goes on the market it typically sells fast.
The first home includes 2,806 square-feet, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a pebble tech pool with waterfall, and a built in BBQ area. This Grayhawk Home is priced at $450,000 and is in good condition. The Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale will once again host a summer camp for junior golfers. These clinics are open to all children, ages 8-16, even if you do not live in the Grayhawk community. This is the perfect opportunity to keep your child or grandchild busy this summer.
The golf instructors will teach the children a full swing, short game and putting. They will also learn about etiquette on the course and the rules of golf. These clinics will include an interactive classroom setting as well as actual on-course instruction.
Each child must dress appropriately. They must wear a collared shirt, either shorts or pants will be fine but jeans and cutoffs are not allowed. It is also important that they each have their own set of clubs.
The clinics will be held on Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s, and Thursday’s from 8 AM to 11 AM on the following dates:
- June 8th through the 10th
- June 15th through the 17th
- June 22nd through the 24th
- June 29 through July 1st
- July 6th through the 8th
- July 13th through the 15th
- July 20th through the 22nd
- July 27th through the 29th
- August 3rd through the 5th
Each camp that your child attends will be $150 + tax and they will receive a gift pack at the end of the 3rd day for each camp that they complete. Contact Chad at (480) 502-2656 to register your child before all of the slots are filled.

Anybody purchasing a home in the Grayhawk Scottsdale Golf Club community should know that the home inspection is one of the most important parts of the home buying process. You have 10 days after your offer is accepted on a home to do all necessary inspections. We work with a highly qualified inspector that specializes in Scottsdale homes. The home inspector we recommend to our clients is extremely picky and very critical – just what you want in a home inspector. He will do a thorough inspection of the inside and outside of your property then email you a very detailed report the same day. The report is 
generally over 20 pages long and includes multiple photos of any issues that arise. He will give straight answers about the condition of the property and paint a clear image of his concerns. You can purchase the home knowing exactly what you are getting.
If problems are discovered, you have the option to simply terminate the contact during the 10 day inspection period and get your deposit back. That is the great thing about purchasing a home in Arizona, you don’t have to worry about being stuck just because you made an offer.
